* This is a Resin sculpture of Shakyamuni Buddha. In this tone sculpture, Shakyamuni Buddha is situated in Dhyana Asana or Meditative Pose, additionally termed Padmasana. In this position, the legs are crossed, firmly bolted with the bottoms of the two feet noticeable. Master Buddha is wearing an itemized cut ascetic robe chiseled with biennial themes. He is situated on a secluded lotus stand otherwise called Padmasana. His left hand is in the earth communicating movement or Bhumi Sparsha mudra, while in his correct hand he holds a remedy pot.

* The Gandhara style is instantly noticeable by looking at the Buddha's hair. It is straight rather than curly and placed on a bun on top of his head. He wears a monk's robe with his right shoulder exposed. He is seated in the dhyana mudra. It is the mudra of meditation, of concentration on the good law and of the attainment of spiritual perfection. According to tradition, this mudra derives from lord Buddha when he was meditating under the pipal tree before his Enlightenment. This gesture was also used by yogis during their meditation and concentration exercises. It indicates the perfect balance of thought, rest of the senses, and tranquility. His gaze is penetrating with a look of deep concentration. The Buddha is seated in the padmasana or full lotus position. This is the leg position of deep meditation.
